Protecting Our Banking Community

Here at Bank & Trust Company, we consider the safety of our clients and employees a top priority. In light of recent developments regarding the Coronavirus COVID-19, we are taking additional safety measures to protect our community.

Operations at Bank & Trust Company have not been disrupted, and we will continue to provide all services. However, we have implemented some preventative measures.

  • Our lobby areas are closed at all branches until further notice.
  • New accounts personnel and loan officers may be seen by appointment only.
  • Drive up windows will be open for the usual times. ATMs will continue to be available.
  • Bank & Trust Company continues to operate at all branches, and we will continue to provide all services.

We ask that any person who could possibly have been exposed, or who is experiencing symptoms like that of a COVID-19 infection, refrain from visiting any Bank & Trust Company facility. Please consider using “touchless banking” - mobile banking, online banking, Peer 2 Peer payment method, check deposit via our mobile app, and ATM deposit (available at the Litchfield Main, Farmersville, Carlinville, Chatham, and Rochester branches). Practicing habits of good hygiene along with disease spread prevention remain the most effective ways for individuals to limit the spread of COVID-19. We encourage customers and employees alike to practice these measures to help prevent further spread of this virus.
