Welcome To Bank & Trust Company
Bank & Trust Company is not a banking giant by today’s standards. Rather, we are a unique community bank based in Litchfield, IL, with seven branches serving primarily rural markets in several counties in south central Illinois including Montgomery, Macoupin, Christian, and Sangamon. We offer most of the services offered by regional banks, but are still small enough that customers are known by name, not by a number. We offer extensive trust and wealth management services to clients, which is uncommon for most community banks. The bank has been around since 1902 and the philosophy of the management has remained the same – to deliver products and services which meet the needs and wants of customers on a timely, competitive priced basis. The Board and management fanatically pursue providing extraordinary customer service and expect nothing less. Our vision statement is “Every customer leaves with a smile and refers a friend.” By possessing core values that are tightly linked to this vision statement, Bank & Trust Company truly is different from other banks. bank different. bank better. | Bank President Dan Fleming takes you on a tour of Bank & Trust Company:
Transcript of video: Dan Fleming – Bank & Trust has been around for over 100 years. based out of Litchfield and we have expanded into other areas, such as Rochester, Chatham, Farmersville, Raymond. We understand small businesses because we are a small business also. We can offer the same services as a big city bank. We are named trustee of some fairly sizable trusts here in our local community of Litchfield. Everybody enjoys coming to work every day. Most of our employees throughout the bank have been here for 15 years or better. So we go to church, we are in civic organizations with our customers and our customers know our employees. And, and no matter the size of the account and the size of the loan, or whatever, we care about everyone as a customer, and we are everything financial. So if people have financial questions, then I want them to reach out to us and ask us those questions, because we can get them the answers that they need. |
