The OneClick Bill Pay feature is accessible through both Online and Mobile Banking!

OneClick Bill Pay gives you convenience, savings, and security. You can:

  • View and pay your bills electronically
  • Make secure payments to any person or company anywhere, anytime
  • Verify your account balance as you pay your bills
  • Automate recurring payments to save time each month
  • Receive email and text reminders when bills are due
  • To get started, log into your online banking account and select the OneClick Bill Pay link to access the enrollment form.
  • OneClick Bill Pay is included in the Diamond Plus Checking benefits, otherwise a $4.95/mo. fee applies.

e-Statements & Notices

Update Info

Instructions

To update your information with us, we require you to log into online banking. Go to Main Menu / Connect with Us / Messages and select the form. If you prefer, you may call us at 800.930.3935.

This form will require you to enter any additional household members this change affects, and list all account numbers we should include in this update (for instance, you may not want business or non-household family member accounts to be changed).

Stop Payment

Instructions

To stop a payment, we require you to log into online banking. Go to Main Menu / Connect with Us / Messages and select the form. If you prefer, you may call us at 800.930.3935.

This form requires the checking account number, date that the check was written, amount of the check, who the check was made payable to, a short explanation, and your Bank Identification Number (BIN).

Lost or Stolen Cards

Instructions

To report a lost or stolen card, you must log into online banking. Go to Main Menu / Connect with Us / Messages and select the form. If you prefer, call us at 800.930.3935. After hours, please call Visa Support at 800.264.4274 (option 3).

This form requires the last 6 digits of the card number, the date stolen/lost, and your Bank Identification Number (BIN). Please: immediately TURN OFF your card when you first log in.

Order Checks!

Instructions

To order checks online, we require you to log into online banking. Go to Main Menu / Connect with Us / Messages and select the form. If you prefer, you may call us at 800.930.3935.

For this form: Please have your Bank Identification Number (BIN) ready. You may also want to include a starting check number.
